What made the company great is the Branch Manager Liz and the Assistant Branch Manager Sharonda. I walked into the Heights Finance office in Arlington Tx off of Little Rd on today(8/22/25). The caring super friendly professional young ladies. My paperwork was ready and we went over them to make sure everything was correct. I was very impressed. The office had a very warm calming effect. Music playing softly. I'm joking laughing and they are too. All to say this I was overwhelmed with their kindness and demeanor. I want to also thank Jaquita in her absence for her help in previous transactions. She was very caring and always so willingly to help. Very nice young ladies. These 3 women at Heights Finance office are the BEST.

Hi, I visited the Thompson lane/Nashville location on Sat 8/16/25. I left with a smile on my face. I was offered a loan more than I actually applied for and it was just a few more $’s per month than the amount I was planning so of course I accepted it. I also walked in with a smile. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. Representatives were quite courteous!
