I was taking a chance of an offer I received. Never thinking I would get approved. Ms. Karen Forrest (the branch on 18th street) went above and beyond to help me. The process was easier than I thought. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing.
